After moving from Washington State to Maryland and settling in Bel Air, the author and his wife discovered Pairings Bistro during a date night. The restaurant’s warm ambiance, multi-course Prix Fixe menu with wine pairings, and relaxed dining pace impressed them. They found it to be a charming and memorable dining experience.
